In the course you will have reading, written and thought assignments every 2 -3 weeks. This may conjure up negative or positive connotations, you must remember that this course was designed to work within your life and schedule. These assignments or exercises consist of ideas/postulates and questions, requiring no more than 3-4 hours per week.

You will be looking at key areas such as your business, the marketplace, your customers, and your circumstances newly. These exercises are so focused and are designed to be integrated into your life, while you’re living life – whether it’s coaching little league or taking business trips.

These exercises are broken into four types: Reading Exercises, Writing Exercises, Thought Exercises and Individual Coaching Sessions.

You will be coached in reading specific aspects of various authors to produce new original thinking for yourself and to see new opportunities for acting at work and in life (vs. just understanding or retaining knowledge).

Moreover, your reading in the Course will produce the kind of insights that make a difference in how you see your current business/career circumstances and the future.

You will receive specific guidance and coaching for the writing assignments. The writing that we will coach you in will enable you to be more effective in thinking and allow your thinking to come to life and be put into action.

The written assignments of the Course will contribute to you designing new business practices, making well-grounded assessments (vs. ungrounded “common” assessments or even worse, relying on “my opinion”!) of the future, the business environment and people, and creating and putting in action plans to fulfill your commitments and vision.

We will coach you in thinking with new distinctions that enable you to see, invent and live new opportunities and possibilities.

You will learn to think in a way that generates well-grounded assessments about leading, managing, selling, planning and business vs. automatic, default assumptions. You will learn to collaboratively think with others at work and practice leading others in thinking in new ways.

You will receive regular, timely coaching – evaluations. These evaluations will include illuminating the fundamental cognitive biases and heuristics that are providing you with the automatic assumptions on which you determine the future and what is or is not predictable.

Also, by engaging with our coaching you will observe and discover the myriad combinations of past-based, disempowering conversations that are using you and to which you are unaware. This will create enormous freedom of thought and action.

You will learn in the Course to work effectively with others through building a powerful Network of Contribution and Support. One access to building this network is assigned exercises that put you in touch with another course participant to share and interact about what each of you have been seeing throughout the course.
